60$ hr remote support (remote control of machines /updates/backups virus control) (1/2 hour minimum)

25$ per phone support (30 minutes)

60$ hr database/website/email/ creation and management

150$ per unusable (bricked) computer phone or system bailout [brought to my bench] (repair/hard-drive/backup/virus/malware)

200$ 6 month critical systems monitoring (uptime/ email servers/ ftp-web sites/ daily backups/ networks/ routers/ firewalls/ wireless)(1$day)

120$ hour for video/audio/raid/SAN systems

2250$ 3 month retainer for 24 hour tech response ($25 a day) (pay out front) (all other above rates are half price)

No charge$ If I can’t fix it, correctly advise you of an acceptable solution or otherwise ‘sort it out’ .
